With ROCKET’s extensive coverage, you are fully supported in case of any medical emergency.

Our team is equipped with the ROCKET mobile app, enabling them to quickly initiate emergency medical assistance whenever needed. This seamless connection ensures a rapid response, with real-time tracking to guarantee help is just a few taps away.

Should an emergency arise, ROCKET will transport you to the nearest hospital via ambulance or helicopter, a service covered by Wintershoek Safaris. Once you arrive at the hospital, your travel medical insurance will take over. It’s important to note that while ROCKET covers everything up to your arrival at the hospital, it does not cover hospital costs themselves. Normal travel insurance often excludes this type of coverage, so it is essential to also have medical travel insurance.
